Lillian-Yvonne Bertram is a Associate Professor of English and Director of Creative Writing at the University of Maryland, College Park. Previously they were Associate Professor of English, Africana Studies, and Art and Design at Northeastern University, and directed the MFA in Creative Writing at UMass Boston. Dr. Marisa Parham is Visiting Professor of English at the University of Maryland, where she serves as director for the African American Digital & Experimental Humanities (AADHum), and is the associate director for the Maryland Institute for Technology in the Humanities (MITH).
